ERA Training 

The ERA Training Specialist works to onboard new employees and to identify training needs for all of ERA. The focus of trainings is practical; real-life application and scenario-based training. Our goal is to transfer lessons into consistent practices, streamlined processes and outstanding client care.

Training in ERA is a continuous process consisting of monthly ERA Connect meetings and ERA Workshops. Our current schedule is currently under development. Stay tuned for details.
