ERA Training
The ERA Training Specialist works to onboard new employees and to identify training needs for all of ERA. The focus of trainings is practical; real-life application and scenario-based training. Our goal is to transfer lessons into consistent practices, streamlined processes and outstanding client care.
Training in ERA is a continuous process with each team within ERA hosting a monthly ERA Connect meeting. In addition, the ERA Training Specialist also hosts monthly, hands-on ERA Workshops.
